He said, “A uniform valuation format issued by IBBI will bring more discipline to the entire process, requiring valuers to clearly identify asset classes, justify treatment of intangibles, and document assumptions and limitations, helping the Committee of Creditors better understand how enterprise value was assessed and cautioning against unusually high or low valuations.”
