IBC is a dynamic and evolving law; therefore, it is critical to keep up pace with dynamics of judgements being passed the Tribunals and the Courts. ELP through its write up, presentations and articles has been in the forefront in dissemination of the updates and clarity on this evolving law. By way of the present PPT, we have complied some of the critical judgements of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High courts and Tribunals passed on important issues during 2022-23. This also includes few compilations on the important issues such ‘Government as Secured Creditor ‘, ‘Payment of PF and Gratuity under resolution plan’ as also ‘Attachments under PML Act’.
