Yogesh Pirthani is a Partner in the Banking & Finance and Real Estate practices of ELP. He has over 11 years of diverse and rich experience in Banking & Finance and has worked on complex Banking & Finance matters including structuring and end – to – end handholding of real estate finance matters, project finance, ship finance, LRD, ECBs, Buyers Credit, onshore and offshore syndication, consortium transactions, structured financing, securitisations, factoring, receivable purchase transactions, trade products, debentures, infrastructure financing, etc.

He is also involved in providing opinions and advisory on various banking and corporate laws, conducting due diligence in corporate and banking matters and is experienced in preparing and standardising retail and corporate loan documents for various multi-national and private banks. Additionally, Yogesh is also well versed with the RBI and FEMA regulations and has worked closely with many banks, NBFCs, corporates and financial institutions.

Yogesh earlier served with SNG & Partners and was also a part of the team that reviewed Tannan’s Banking Law and Practice Book. He is a law graduate from the University of Mumbai and is enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
