Mahfooz Nazki is an Associate Partner in the Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution practice at ELP and is a former Additional Advocate General for the State of Jammu & Kashmir.

Mahfooz and has been engaged in a wide ranging and challenging spectrum of matters, both litigious and non-litigious, including joint venture disputes, consumer disputes, debt recovery, employment and human resources, media and entertainment, contractual disputes, claims, company matters, intellectual property disputes, regulatory challenges in writ petitions/SLP before High Courts as well as the Supreme Court. Mahfooz has also represented clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations as well as institutional and ad hoc mediations and conciliations.

Prior to joining ELP, Mahfooz has been associated with the chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw. Mahfooz earlier worked with Mr. Dayan Krishnan, Senior Advocate, the chambers of Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, Senior Advocate in Hyderabad and with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi. He holds a B.A. LLB (Hons) degree from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (“NALSAR”), Hyderabad (2007).
