The CBDT had amended Form 3CD i.e. the Tax Audit Report w.e.f. August 20 to include disclosures on expenses related to entities with regards to GST. However, after several representations, the Revenue Dept. has deferred the proposed clause 44 on GST along with that on GAAR, till March 31, 2019.

As India Inc. gears up for the Income tax audit season, one cannot lose sight of the GST audit, which is mandatory for each registration having turnover of Rs. 2 Cr. and above. There is a lot of anxiety in this respect as the industry is still facing challenges with the documentation and record keeping under the new regime.

In our special webinar, Mr. Rohit Jain, Mr. Rahul Khurana and Mr. Gourav Sogani (Partners at Economic Laws Practice) will discuss and critically evaluate issues relating to:

– Maintenance of Accounts, Records and Documents under GST regime; and

– GST Audit

The tax experts will analyze their impact, and also look to answer your queries.

Join us for this special webinar on ‘Documents / Record-keeping & Audit under GST’ on Thursday, i.e. September 6, at 4 pm!

We look forward to your valued participation.
