Infrastructure and Energy Digest – Overview of Legal and Regulatory Developments : October 2018

The October issue of ELP’s Infrastructure and Energy digest has some important decisions by the Supreme Court, CERC, the Bombay High Court and orders of various state electricity regulatory commissions which may affect future business decisions for companies operating in the renewable energy sector.
