ELP Regulatory Update

We attach herewith a regulatory update on the recommendations of the Committee on Corporate Governance chaired by Mr. Uday Kotak which were approved by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) in its board meeting held on March 28, 2018.

The approved recommendations will have far reaching ramifications for listed companies in India when incorporated into the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
