Key Role & Resposibilities

• The lawyer should be able to work on general corporate, M&A (listed and unlisted), PE, VC matters.
• Drafting and Negotiations of Transaction Documents; Lead due diligence;
• Strong grip on corporate laws – Companies Act, 2013, FEMA laws, SEBI laws, Contract Act
• Ability to pick new areas of law and adaptability to various work streams such as advisory, drafting, negotiations, corporate litigation
