‘Economic Laws Practices’ corporate team is pleased to present the inaugural edition of ‘ELP M&A Quarterly Update – Volume 1 of 2019’.

This guide is meant to offer a snapshot of the developments impacting M&A transactions in India. We begin by briefly discussing the uptick in M&A for resolution of stressed assets, increasing focus on legal due diligence and an increase in the uptake of private equity funds acquiring control in Indian companies.
