    Ashutosh Gupta (Partner – Strategy and Planning)
    With nearly 12 years of business development and strategy consulting experience across diverse markets and industry sectors, most recently and notably in the legal space, Ashutosh will be filling a role that is vital to ELP’s path forward. Prior to joining ELP, Ashutosh has worked with Khaitan & Co as Director – Business Strategy & Business Development and has earlier worked with KPMG and Aon Hewitt in different capacities. He studied law at Delhi University and is an LLM graduate from Columbia University as well as an MBA graduate from University of Oxford.

    Karishma Maniar(Associate Director Defence & Aerospace)
    With over 11 years of experience within the defence sector, Karishma has been responsible for long and medium-term strategy and business planning, bidding, strategic HR and Investment planning, along with key activities related to strategic teaming arrangements, partnerships and alliances. She has been the lead on many largedeals with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and/or clients as well as foreign OEMs and brings to the table an in-depth understanding of the issues faced by all the stakeholders in the defence sector. Additionally, Karishma has actively engaged in Policy Advocacy along with Industry Associations including FICCI, ELCINA, DIIA and CII to drive changes in Procedures and Policies in the Defence sector.

    Prior to joining ELP, Karishma has worked with Tata Power’s Strategic Engineering Division as Principal-Corporate Strategy and Legal & Contracts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics) from Sardar Patel College of Engineering and is a Post Graduate in Executive Management Programme from SP Jain Institute of Management Research, Mumbai.
