Join us for a panel discussion on the current landscape of arbitration in India, including the recent changes that have taken place in the arbitration laws as India opens its doors to the world. We will also discuss, amongst other things, the role and scope of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration with regards to arbitrations in India, and recent observations and developments in the field.
